Do I need my hair ties?

• nope, i’ve got hair ties

Do I have to take my underwear off?

• no, please do whatever feels most comfortable for you

Should I come earlier for my appointment?

• yes please, at least 10 minutes so we can talk about your hopes and dreams

Do I need to tip?

• its not necessary, the only tip I ask for is if you enjoyed your session and you feel like a loved one would too that you would spread the word :)

How late can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

• there is a 24 hour cancelation policy

• you will be charged the full amount if cancelation occurs after the allotted time frame and a 50% charge for rescheduling.

Are there later times available?

• text or email me if there is a particular time you are looking for and its not available on the scheduling page.

Do I need to keep my mask on at all times?

• not at all

What do I do when I get there?

• for precautionary sanitary reasons please take your shoes off before coming into the treatment room.

Do you wear a mask during my treatment?

• yes, i wear a mask

After care

Will I be sore?

• you might be a little sore and achy the next 2 days but that is normal and to be expected

I heard I should drink water?

• yes, please try to keep hydrated

What else should I do after my session?

• please take a nice long hot shower or bath after your session and make sure to slowly stretch your muscles after they are warmed up.
