Therapeutic Massage
all sessions are customized
Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the bodys’ natural restorative functioning. Medium to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles and increase blood and lymph circulation. This massage allows for time to focus on specific areas of concern due to injury or every day wear and tear.

Hot Stone Massage
all sessions are customized
A Hawaiian body working technique, hot stone is the perfect modality to soothe, relax and de-stress. Basalt stones are heated prior to treatment and will be used along with Swedish massage techniques to warm the body bringing s deeper relaxation.

Sports Massage
all sessions are customized
Sports Massage incorporates different modalities, including stretching specific to your sport. It is an important part of a balanced training routine. Movement is important but so is recovery. Regular treatments reduce recovery time, promote flexibility, ease muscle strain and heal injuries.

Swedish Massage

This technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension using a gentler touch. The movements are meant to help increase blood oxygen levels, rid the muscles of toxins and waste products and to increase overall flexibility while reducing tension.

COVID Measures
Hand sanitizer will be made available. If your temperature is 100.4ºF or above you will need to reschedule your service without charge. Shoes will be taken off before entering the treatment room. You will change in the treatment room where your service will be provided. Each appointment will be scheduled to allow additional time between services so that a complete deep cleaning can be conducted of the treatment room.
